Hello Angels,

I hope you are all staying safe and doing well. I have been super busy with uni deadlines these past few weeks but it’s good to be back!

This week I have some wholesome content for you in support of our local Manchester businesses. Now more than ever it is important to be supporting the smaller businesses in your local area. These are very tough times for us all but even the smallest of purchases can make a huge difference to these small traders.

To help you along I have put together some of my favourite small Mancunian businesses that provide all sorts of products and services. These are all recommended to me by friends or I found then myself via Instagram or Depop. I have made some exciting purchases from these independent businesses and I hope you will too.

A small online jewellery store selling a beautiful range of necklaces, earrings, rings and bracelets. All pieces are unique and handmade with love by Evangeline herself. Made by Evangeline have some of the cutest sets using spiritual stones which are very on trend right now.

I purchased a lovely pair of silver-plated hoop earrings with three Lapis Lazuli gemstones on. The deep blue Lapis Lazuli stones encourages self-awareness, self-expression and reveals inner truth. They also provide qualities - creativity, compassion and honesty to your personality. Made by Evangeline try to do its part for the environment by being as sustainable as possible - cutting down plastic packaging by only using paper envelopes to wrap your goodies .

Dolly Rose Scents hand make soy wax melts and are proud to say all products are CLP compliant . I purchased a mix of melts for my new bedroom early last month - they are so bright and smell absolutely insane, extra points for the cutest glitter detailing and stunning packaging too. Dolly Rose Scents kindly gifted some freebies to us - some unreleased scents to try out, one of them being a dupe of my favourite perfume Chanel Coco Mademoiselle, it is absolutely gorgeous and I am now patiently waiting for it to come into stock. As we all hit twenty-one in the middle of a global pandemic Liv decided to get creative and make each of us something to cheer us up and make our day more special . There were some tears but lots of smiles when we received our beautiful & thoughtful gifts and after a few tearful reactions we all encouraged Liv to advertise her talents and start up her very own business doing something she loves. Remember My Frame now has a stunning range of decorative craft frames , hand made to order for all occasions! Juggling university, a part-time job and a small business is a massive task but Liv makes it look easy as she is doing something she loves - no craft job is too big or small for Liv – I don’t quite know how she does it!
